6 Reasons Why You Need to Lose Weight Now

If you're datum this, you are probably fleshiness like I am. I've lost a lot of weight over the past couple of years, and am still working on it. Actually, for most of us, it's not weight but fat we need to lose. Muscle is good and healthy, and few grouping have too much muscle, but many of us have too much fat. Other than looks, here are 6 reasons why you need to lose weight for your health.

1) Cardiovascular disease. It's not surprising that most of my friends who have had heart attacks, and in some cases died of them, were fat. Obesity is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease according to the American Heart Association. You probably already know this.

2) Arthritis. Arthritis is defined as inflammation of the joints and can lead to pain and stiffness as well as loss of mobility. The joints are under more push if you're fat and arthritis is more ordinary in fleshiness people

3) Adult onset Diabetes is more ordinary in fleshiness adults. Losing a few pounds can make a big difference.

4) High blood push is more ordinary in the overweight. Mine has come down some now that I've dropped a few pounds

5) Strokes are more ordinary in grouping who are overweight.

6) Sleep apnea. This is temporary fastening breathing while sleeping and quite common. I stop breathing over one time a time according to my doctors, unless a use a special air push machine when I sleep. Weight is a big factor here as well.

Bottom line, being fleshiness is unhealthy. It can shorten your life as well as reduce the quality of your life.
