The never success battle of the bulge has been going on for centuries. Diet fads become and go and still the weight lingers. What is our motivation to lose weight? An upcoming wedding or class reunion, better health, to look better in our clothes or bathing suits, or so we can be more active? Whatever the reason it has to be more powerful than the need for chocolate and second helpings!
We exercise daily, check what we eat and yet those last 10-15 pounds never seem to become off. For some of us it's the last 25-35 pounds that won't become off. Most Americans at one time or another will diet, it is a multi-billion note a year industry.
The latest and greatest diet is the hcg. I have had several friends try this with varied success. Those motivated and discipline look absolutely fantastic. They did the injections, but now there are hcg drops to put under your tongue that do the same abstract at a substantial cost reduction. The internet is full of hcg aggregation and seems very positive. The diet consist of lots of veggies and lean meat, low carbs and sugars. Five hundred calories a day is the intake but due to the metabolism changes, hunger isn't suppose to be a problem, the body is actually using thousands of already stores calories.
Whatever the reason for weight lose, health should be the number one factor in deciding which diet to use. An upcoming class reunion or example of chocolate cake? Tough decision.
